ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
This role is part of Operations-Leaf.

Our Global Graduate Program is a 12-month, fast-track development program to a management job for high potential fresh graduates and young professionals!
The aim of the program is to raise future leaders of BAT. Our Graduate Program helps you to develop outstanding skills - full of understanding the dynamics of the market you are operating in.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor’s Degree (graduation between July 2020 - July 2023) in Agronomy or Agronomic Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Forestry Engineering or related to the agricultural area.
- At least 2 years of driving license.
- Microsoft Office management: Advanced.
- English level: Advanced/Fluent.
- Strong leadership skills demonstrated through extra-curricular activities.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and team building skills.
- Energetic, resilient, agile, self-motivated, highly adaptable, and able to work independently.
- Nationally and internationally mobile.
- Intercultural proficiencies from international experience or personal background (desirable).
